Assistant Professor (Tenure Track) of Soil Resources

The Department of Environmental Systems Science ( of ETH Zurich invites applications for an assistant professor (tenure track) focusing on

01.the role of soil as a key natural resource, supporting a wide range of forest and other terrestrial ecosystem functions and services and/or
02.quantifying the effects of changes of land use and climate on various soil functions at local to global scales.

Candidates should be interested in system-oriented multidisciplinary research and are expected to develop an innovative and internationally recognised research programme, making an important contribution to linking soil ecosystem services to land-use and climate change.
